Maintains a strong working relationship with all departmentsAdvises the Pastry Chef of any Engineering or Kitchen maintenance needs.Ensures effectiveness of on-going Kitchen and related maintenance.Understands and complies with Loss Prevention policies to prevent accidents and control costs.Strives to provide excellent customer service.
