How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Partner with assigned business units to analyze, clarify, and plan for their current and future healthcare technology needs.
  • Map existing business workflows and recommend system changes to ensure tightly integrated and efficient clinical operations.
  • Design and implement cross-functional technology projects across multiple platforms to improve overall team productivity.
  • Conduct financial and return-on-investment analyses to justify project funding and guide strategic prioritization.
  • Monitor industry trends and collaborate with functional teams to continuously optimize organizational workflows and systems.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
    degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking
  • High School Diploma with 2 years of experience, a completed Associate or Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of specific business systems analysis experience.
  • Demonstrated experience mapping business processes and managing systems integration projects across multiple technical platforms.
