At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

The Trade Operations team provides control and oversight for daily trade processing and settlement supporting Schwab mutual fund and exchange traded fund (ETF) products. You’ll investigate and resolve breaks in trades, cash, and positions by applying sound judgment, structured problem-solving, and effective decision-making in a fast-paced operational environment.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal partners and external vendors (brokers, custodians, prime brokers, and fund accountants), using clear communication and relationship-building to influence timely resolution and improve end-to-end workflow. You’ll also monitor vendor metrics and broker performance, identify opportunities to streamline processes, support operational projects, and contribute to team strength through mentoring, coaching, and leadership coverage when needed. This role follows a flexible 8-hour schedule within 7:00am&-5:00pm CST.
