As an Test Operations Analytics Engineer for Assembly Test Launch Operations (ATLO) Test Labs and Services (ATLS), you will:
- Develop and maintain software tools and metrics for Operations leadership to make critical decisions using data driven designs.
- Interface and collaborate with customers to develop and refine requirements.
- Coordinate and work integrally with other teams within Operations to include finance, planning, test engineering, and production.
- Prepare specifications and design documents, evaluate and communicate with vendors (as needed), and analyze data and reports.
Typically has 2 years of professional experience. - Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
- Data Modeling experience for integration of Operations and Financial data.
- Experience with designing data systems that comply with cybersecurity requirements.
- Understanding of computer networking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members.
- Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement innovative solutions.
- Ability to define and document solutions to complex problems and to convey solutions to both senior management and subcontract teams. - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college and/or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Software programming familiarity including SQL and Python.
- Experience in one or more Database Management Systems.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar low-code web platforms.
- Experience with UI development for Operations (Manufacturing, Production, Test) data using Grafana, Tableau, and/or PowerBI.
- This position requires special access to support various programs and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
