Senior Electrical Project Manager
Gpac is a national executive search firm specializing in recruitment for the electrical construction industry. We have been retained by a local electrical contractor in the area to find a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee multiple commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects from pre-construction to completion
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and project alignment
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Manage project teams, including field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout project execution
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing project challenges
- Oversee the preparation and processing of RFIs, change orders, and submittals
- Conduct regular project meetings, providing progress updates and addressing concerns
- Support business development efforts by building and maintaining client relationships
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior project managers and field teams
Qualifications:
- 7 years of electrical project management experience with an electrical contractor
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, and institutional projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and project scheduling
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Stable work history
- Proficiency with project management software is a plus
