FP&A analyst working with program teams to support forecasting activities, managing financial R&Os, and providing adhoc analysis. Provides timely and accurately reporting of program financials (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash) in Hyperion on a monthly, quarterly and annual cadence. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. - FP&A experience (MOR, QFR, LRP)
- Knowledge of SAP & Hyperion
Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance
- Highly detail oriented with a proven track record to deliver quality results in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Tableau or data visualization experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Demonstrated ability as a team player to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with team members.
- 3 years of related finance and FP&A experiences - Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college
- Ability to Analyze and/ or Present Financial Information
- Strong Microsoft office skills
