Sr. Customer Service Rep
Job Description
Experience
  • Manage inbound phone calls by satisfying the customer inquiry or routing the call to the appropriate sales or service member for resolution.
  • Respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and order requests via telephone calls, email, web chat and fax correspondence.
  • Demonstrate our commitment to service by following up on calls and ensuring superior results drive customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately log and update customer information in our CRM tool.
  • Generate and process customer quote and order requests assigned.
  • Respond to customer requests for Certificates of Analysis and other product documentation.
  • Display a commitment to quality by following documented procedures and practices.
  • Excel at working as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, action oriented.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years customer service experience.
  • Bachelor's degree of science would be preferred.
  • Experience working with environmental laboratories is plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
  • Proficient with contact management software (CRM).
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoints).
