Job Description

As the Project Coordinator, you will report into Project Management leadership and act as a central point of coordination across multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project administration
  • Managing and maintaining project documentation including contracts, submittals, and close-out packages
  • Assisting with procurement, subcontractor onboarding, and compliance tracking
  • Coordinating project correspondence, meeting minutes, and reporting
  • Supporting schedule updates and basic cost tracking as required
  • Acting as a liaison between office and site teams to ensure clear communication

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Coordinator role, we are seeking:

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Engineer role within commercial construction
  • Background working for a general contractor on public or private sector projects
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, submittals, and subcontractor compliance
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, self-directed approach aligned with a culture of trust and accountability
