Position Overview: The Performance Reporting Analyst leverages SQL, Excel, and programming to maintain databases and improve company processes. This role requires creativity, independent judgment, and strong analytical thinking to drive meaningful insights and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly, and ad hoc reports
- Maintain consistent reporting cadences and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate insights and findings to internal stakeholders
- Provide excellent support to field teams regarding reports and action items
- Maintain property, employee, and investor data in Yardi and internal databases
- Assist with annual property budgeting processes
- Identify and recommend improvements to reporting and workflows
- Partner with Performance Data Analysts to implement enhancements
- Support cross-functional teams with reporting and data needs
- Uphold Monarch’s professional standards and policies
- Complete additional projects and assignments as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Programming, or related field
- 0–5 years of experience (internships welcome) in reporting, analytics, or similar roles
- Strong interest in data analysis, relational databases, and programming
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with accounting/property management software (Yardi preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000 – $60,000 annually (DOE)
