Monarch Investment and Management Group is actively hiring a Portfolio Performance Analyst to join our Corporate Services team at our headquarters in Franktown, CO.
This is a high-impact, entry-level analyst role designed for someone who wants to break into multifamily real estate and operations strategy. You’ll work directly with leadership and teams across the country to drive performance, increase NOI, and improve efficiency across a 79,000 unit portfolio.

What You’ll Do:
  • Analyze property performance including rent, other income, maintenance costs, and operational KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to increase Net Operating Income (NOI)
  • Evaluate and implement new vendors, programs, and operational initiatives
  • Support contract negotiations and compliance efforts
  • Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards
  • Partner with on-site teams to solve operational challenges (leasing, maintenance, workflows)
  • Improve processes to drive efficiency, cost savings, and service quality
  • Assist with company-wide initiatives and special projects

What We’re Looking For:
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships welcome!)
  • Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis, large datasets)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
