Reporting to the Director of AS Manufacturing Operations, the Plant Manager for our Parallel subsidiary in Englewood, CO, near Denver, CO will lead all aspects of manufacturing operations for our Architectural Specialties business, with ownership across safety, production, logistics, and people leadership. You will drive a strong safety culture, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while aligning plant performance with business and customer goals. This role enables you to shape strategy, build strong teams, and deliver high-performing, efficient operations.

  • Provide overall leadership for plant operations, including production, logistics, procurement, and operational planning.
  • Foster a world-class safety culture focused on zero injuries, risk awareness, and strong environmental compliance.
  • Lead the plant’s transition toward a Lean, high-performance manufacturing environment emphasizing safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development.
  • Drive operational performance using SQDC metrics, continuous improvement tools, and corrective action planning.
  • Develop and manage operating budgets, forecasts, capacity plans, and staffing structures aligned with business goals.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to support customer needs, provide technical insight, and improve lead times and delivery performance.
  • Promote a customer-focused mindset by incorporating voice-of-the-customer feedback into operations and improvement efforts.
  • Build, coach, and develop a strong leadership team while supporting onboarding, engagement, and associate development.
  • Collaborate with corporate and business leadership to support strategic initiatives and long-term growth opportunities.

  • Understanding of workplace safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.
  • Ability to analyze operational and financial data to drive informed decisions.
