Electrical PM / Sr PM &- Phoenix

If you’re an experienced electrical project leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-tech environments, this opportunity puts you at the center of complex mission-critical work. You’ll guide large electrical scopes for high-visibility clients while partnering closely with a field-first team known for strong execution, long-term relationships, and repeat business.

What You Bring

  • 7 years of electrical construction experience with at least 5 years managing projects
  • Experience leading electrical scopes on high-tech, mission-critical, or data center projects
  • Background that includes electrical apprenticeship, journeyman, foreman, or similar field experience
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, buyout, and change management
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, and field leadership
  • Experience supporting preconstruction, estimating, and project planning
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule, quality, and safety

What You’ll Do

  • Take full ownership of electrical project delivery including schedules, budgets, procurement, change orders, and billing
  • Lead electrical scope execution in partnership with foremen, general foremen, and field teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design partners, and project stakeholders
  • Support estimating teams with takeoffs, pricing, and proposal development
  • Oversee commissioning, testing, and turnover for mission-critical systems
  • Ensure safety, quality, and productivity across all phases of work
  • Mentor project engineers and support staff to strengthen team capability
