Position Overview

Rocky Mountain Prep is seeking exceptional current and aspiring math educators to join our Math Talent Pool & Leadership Fellowship. This opportunity is designed for:

Qualifications

Required
  • Passion for educational equity and student achievement
  • Strong belief in rigorous math instruction for all students
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics
  • Ability to obtain appropriate Colorado licensure if required
Preferred
  • Previous math teaching or instructional experience
  • Demonstrated student achievement results
  • Leadership experience, formally or informally
  • Experience in data-driven instruction
  • Multilingual abilities
  • Experience serving historically marginalized communities

Salary

This is a full-time position. Salary will depend on the specific role, experience, and qualifications. RMP is offering a $5,000 signing bonus to the right candidate.
