What You’ll Do: Manage the Schedule: Take inbound calls to facilitate service appointments and maintain the dealership’s daily workflow. Who We’re Looking For: Communicators: You have excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to explain technical repairs in simple, friendly terms. Tech-Savvy Professionals: You are proficient with CRM software and basic computer programs. Detailed Multi-taskers: You can handle high call volumes while accurately documenting customer records and repair orders. Experience: Prior experience in a call center or automotive service environment is preferred but not required—we provide paid training!.
