The Engineering Excellence – Process Innovation Change Enablement (PICE) team is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer, Senior - Knowledge Integration & Communications Lead to join our Team to support development and maintenance of communication artifacts, and manage a multi-channel communications plan. In this role you will partner with Program Change Management leads to ensure message alignment with strategic priorities and delivery milestones, and report on communication effectiveness metrics.

As a Project Engineer, Senior your will:
- Develop and maintain communication artifacts (e.g., newsletters, briefs, presentations) that convey engineering-excellence initiatives.
- Design, execute, and manage a multi-channel change management communications plan to reach all stakeholder groups.
- Partner with program change-management leads to align messaging with strategic priorities, roadmap milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure consistency and cohesion of messages across projects, teams, and leadership tiers.
- Continuously improve communication strategies based on data insights and stakeholder feedback.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all communication-related inquiries within the Process Innovation Change Enablement (PICE) team. - Post-secondary degree or equivalent training in engineering, communications, business administration, or a related discipline. Advanced degree (M.S. or MBA) in engineering, communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience leading large-scale transformation or change-management communications programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated track record of influencing organizational strategy and long-range goals.
- Experience with formal engineering change-control processes, including design-change approval and drawing release management.
- Familiarity with MBOE frameworks or similar continuous-improvement toolsets.
- Experience managing monthly flow-down briefings or similar regular technical communication cadences.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for product design compliance.
- Ability to develop and track communication-effectiveness metrics (engagement, survey feedback, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder-management skills, including liaison work with change-management leads and senior engineering leadership.
- Proficiency with project-management software and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Confluence). - Experience in Engineering Program management, and/or corporate communications for transformation initiatives.
- Experience creating, updating, and distributing communication assets.
- Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., intranet platforms, document-management systems).
