Under the direction of the store manager, is responsible for the in-store operations that are directly involved in the sale of merchandise for an accountable selling area or areas. Responsible for maximizing sales, profit, and inventory objectives within these areas. DEPARTMENT MANAGER - HARDLINES
SCHEDULE: SUN-THURS; OFF: FRI-SAT
Work schedules, including hours and days off, may vary and are subject to change with proper notice based on operational needs.
This is a full-time position and includes a benefits package with medical and dental coverage, vacation and sick leave, basic life insurance/personal accident insurance, and a 401(k)-retirement plan.
One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.
If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.
