Keysight's Data and Analytics organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate business operations projects, while also providing executive support to the leadership team. This dual role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage project timelines, stakeholder relationships, and expectations across cross-functional teams, while ensuring seamless support for executive priorities.


Responsibilities


Project Management

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support change management activities to drive adoption.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with project standards.
  • Use data and metrics to track performance and support decision-making.

Leadership Support

  • Manage leadership team calendars, including scheduling virtual & onsite meetings and prioritizing commitments.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support day-to-day administrative needs of the leadership team to ensure efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate quarterly organization events and meetings.

Qualifications


  • 5 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successful delivery.
  • Experience providing executive support, including calendar management and travel coordination.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Smartsheets) and productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working in cross-functional or global teams is a plus.

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Familiar with Data Science & AI concepts.
  • Experience supporting Learning & Development programs or digital training initiatives.
  • Understanding of change management principles and practices.

Colorado Springs, CO Pay Range: MIN $91,000 - MAX $152,000.00

Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.
