What You'll Do:

  • Review and process prior authorization requests

  • Communicate with providers and insurance companies to obtain approvals

  • Follow up on pending or denied requests and file appeals when necessary

  • Verify insurance coverage and benefits

  • Accurately document authorization status in EMR systems

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of recent medical prior authorization experience

  • Strong knowledge of insurance plans and authorization procedures

  • Familiarity with EMRs and insurance databases

  • Strong ability to multitask

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

  • Oncology experience preferred
