Residential Roofing Project Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of residential construction experience (Roofing, Siding, Gutters etc.)
- Communication skills, verbal and written. Must be able to work with all project stakeholders (property owner, main office, inhouse crews, sub-crews, suppliers etc.)
- Light physical work, carry 25 lbs.
