Job Description: Flexo Press Operator

We are seeking a skilled Flexo Press Operator to set up, adjust, maintain, and operate printing press equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review job orders and make necessary adjustments to the press.

  • Install and configure press components, including ink rollers and printing plates.

  • Test inks and paints to ensure proper application and print quality.

  • Oversee the production of printed materials, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion.

  • Perform regular maintenance on press equipment.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, including unusual noises or malfunctions.

  • Maintain a clean and organized press area.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in reading and understanding written instructions in English.

  • Basic math skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a flexographic press (required).

  • At least 1 year of general printing experience (required).
