Your Impact
You 2019ll support the accuracy, efficiency, and insight behind Newmont 2019s financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. By strengthening systems, data integrity, and analytics, your work helps leaders make informed decisions and drives continuous improvement across the business.
As part of our team, you will
  • Analyze data and assumptions that drive forecasts and business plans
  • Support financial systems and master data governance, including BPC functionality
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, KPIs, dashboards, and visual insights
  • Partner with IT and regional teams on system enhancements, testing, and deployment
  • Maintain presentations, models, and reporting tools that translate data into insights
  • Assist with system access, security, onboarding, and offboarding of users
  • Support change management, communications, and process improvements
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial planning and consolidation activities
Prerequisites for your success in this role
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Hands 2011on experience supporting financial systems (BPC preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Clear communication skills and a strong customer 2011service mindset
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
Your Work Environment
  • You 2019ll work as an individual contributor within a collaborative, global FP&A environment. The role partners closely with finance, IT, and planning teams and supports stakeholders across regions, functions, and time zones.
  • The preferred location for candidates is near our corporate headquarters, in Denver, Colorado; however highly qualified candidates near our regional offices, or any of our site locations, will be considered.
  • Collaboration and interaction are expected with teams across the global, regional, and site organization as well as across other service and operational areas of Newmont across multiple time zones.
  • The listed salary range applies to positions based in Colorado. Compensation may vary for candidates hired in other locations.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $86,500- 115,300. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate 2019s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.


This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company 2019s performance and their own individual performance.
