Job Description
Key Responsibilities
As the Healthcare Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site construction activities while partnering closely with the Project Manager to drive schedule, safety and quality across every phase of delivery.
- Lead day-to-day field operations, ensuring work is executed safely and efficiently
- Maintain full understanding of plans, specifications and project documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, equipment and materials to meet project milestones
- Monitor productivity, budgets, cost codes and overall site performance
- Implement site-specific quality and safety plans and lead toolbox talks
- Manage inspections with city officials, agencies and design partners
- Support pre-construction, constructability reviews, scheduling and project close-out

For the Healthcare Superintendent role, we are seeking:
- Extensive experience managing commercial or healthcare construction projects
- Degree in construction management or related field or 10 years' progressive field leadership experience
- Strong ability to interpret drawings, schedules and technical documentation
- Proficiency using construction technology (Procore, P6, MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD)
- Demonstrated success driving safety compliance and site culture
- Ability to lead teams, solve problems quickly and build strong stakeholder relationships
- OSHA 30 and ability to work in varying site conditions; ability to travel as needed
