We are seeking a full-time Assembly Worker for our small well-established client with family values! Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay Range: $18-20/hour. Location: East Central Colorado Springs, 80915 We're looking for a candidate with an exceptional attendance record, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. Passing a UA Drug Screen, including testing for THC, is a requirement. If you're a high-energy individual with a thirst for knowledge, we'll provide you with the training to thrive in this role. To be considered for this position, applicants should have a consistent work history and a proven track record of reliability, with minimal gaps in employment. Skills Needed: 1-2 years of assembly experience 1-2 years working with hand tools (drills, screwdrivers, etc.)An eye for detail and be highly organized. Woodworking experience preferred. Able to self-manage timelines and communicate updates on completion Work well individually or within a group. Work well with short or changing timelines. Job Duties: Ensures correct components and supplies necessary for the product assembly are at work area and ready for assembly. Assembles parts together in accordance with prescribed directions to ensure high quality standards. Operates hand tools as required to complete assembly process. Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label, and band components/finished product. Ensures work area is safe, clean, and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate. Completes pre-shift/startup equipment inspection checklist and reports any problems or concerns. Maintains a clean and orderly work environment. Maintains production records as required. Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards. Other tasks and projects as assigned.
