About Us

We are a well-established property management company in Colorado Springs seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to provide front-office support. This position offers a quiet office environment with a small team.

Position Summary

The Temporary Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and assist with basic office operations. While the office experiences relatively low call volume and limited administrative demands, we are looking for someone who can maintain a professional presence, support daily office functions, and provide excellent customer service when tenants or visitors stop by.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, vendors, and delivery personnel
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls (low call volume)
  • Receive and distribute mail and package deliveries
  • Maintain common office areas and assist with light office organization
  • Load and unload the office dishwasher as needed
  • Stock and organize office supplies
  • Perform occasional copying, scanning, filing, and other light administrative tasks
  • Assist staff with miscellaneous office support duties as requested

  • Ability to interact professionally with tenants who may visit with questions, concerns, or maintenance-related issues

Placement: Temporary 3 to 6 months; depending on the needs of the company

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay: $16 to $21 depending on experience
