  Kneaders Bakery & Cafe<5c pan=""><5c trong=""> is currently looking for a talented part-time Assistant <5c trong="">Bread<5c trong=""> Baker. <5c trong="">We are looking for an individual who is as passionate about food quality, customer service, community & as we are! In the role of Assistant <5c trong="">Bread Baker, <5c trong="">you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team who will offer a unique menu selection of artisan, sweet, & seasonal breads all baked with honest, whole ingredients. <5c pan=""><5c>\n

  A successful Assistant Bread Baker <5c trong="">at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe<5c trong=""> must possess: <5c pan=""><5c>\n

  • Proven track record of demonstrating superhero <5c trong=""><5c pan="">abilities in the kitchen from following recipes to paying close attention to additional details to create one-of-a-kind breads. Lifting large amounts of dough, flour, and other supplies all weighing 50 lbs. plus is an important task of this role - the ability to stand, lift, and mix is also a daily requirement<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • The ability to work through change & be able to be flexible all while keeping a close eye on what's cooking! <5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • The schedule availability to work afternoons\/nights. Bread Baking shifts start around 11 am - 7 pm<5c trong="">, plus a shift on Sunday<5c trong=""> (when the store is closed). During holiday seasons the Bread Baking team schedule may flex into overnight shifts too<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n

    A successful Assistant <5c trong="">Bread<5c trong=""> Baker<5c trong=""> at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe<5c trong=""> need to be qualified with: <5c pan=""><5c>\n

    • Large-scale baking\/pastry experience (preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right person!)<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
    • Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
    • Formal baking\/pastry education is a bonus!<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n
