Gpac is currently in collaboration with a prominent farm operation in Northwest Kansas that is seeking a Farm Operations Manager to join their team.

As a Farm Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the farm. Your duties will involve overseeing the crew, providing direction and guidance, managing equipment logistics, coordinating maintenance, and supervising planting and harvesting activities. Your expertise in grain storage, input purchasing, and crop sales will be highly valued, along with your strong understanding of farm technology and its integration into equipment.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Farm Operations Management
  • Familiarity with row crops is highly preferred
  • This role offers base comp between $80K-$110K based on experience.
  • This includes housing and basic utilities, 100% paid health insurance for the employee, and paid time off, potential for bonus (Year end total comp potential value of $100-$150K)
