A reputable and growing farm operation is looking to add a Farm Operations Associate to their team. A competitive compensation package will be offered to the right individual.

Responsibilities:

& Assist with day-to-day farm operations including planting, spraying, harvesting, and seed handling

& Operate and maintain farm equipment throughout the season

& Support seed cleaning, loading seed to the field, and other operational tasks as needed

& Work closely with the farm team to ensure operations run efficiently during busy seasons

Qualifications:

& Farming, equipment operation, or general ag experience preferred

& Experience with spraying, planting, or harvest operations is a plus

& Strong work ethic and willingness to be hands-on in all areas of the operation

& Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment

& Self-motivated individual with a long-term mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

& $60,000-$70,000 salary depending on experience

& Quarterly bonus opportunities based on performance

& Housing assistance available

& Simple IRA offered
