> Description We are looking for a Property Manager to step into a leadership role overseeing operations for a premier Upper Beaver Creek Village portfolio—Highlands Slopeside, McCoy Peak, and Wiltshire Court. You’ll oversee a $150 million collection of privately owned luxury condominiums, managing property operations, rental and homecare programs, work performed, and association agreements. You’ll lead a dedicated team, collaborate with vendors and internal partners, and stay connected to the details that keep everything running smoothly. Ski/bike/hike breaks as business demands and schedules allow!Location: Highlands Slopeside, McCoy Peak and Wiltshire Court in Beaver Creek, COStart Date: ASAPEmployment Status: Full Time, Year RoundPay Rate: $70,000 to $80,000 DOESchedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with some on-call shifts as needed. Posting Closes: 5/30/2026 or when filled Minimum Requirements The ideal candidate for this year-round position is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a defined end date, and is 18 years of age or older. This individual communicates effectively, demonstrates strong organization and attention to detail, and brings solid problem-solving and financial acumen.
